Acer officially announced the Aspire 5738DG 3D notebook. There are only a few 3D notebooks out in the market and especially rare for the notebooks. This new Acer Aspire 3D notebook is a 15.6-inch notebook features the TriDef 3D solution, which includes a 3D LCD screen, software and glasses to enable vibrant 3D visuals for the customers. The display provides 1366×768 resolution and LED-backlight. The display is coated with a special made 3D film which enables the LCD technology to deliver a 3D image vividly.
This laptop is boosted by an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2GHz processor, 4GB RAM, and a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics card. It has a 320GB hard drive and a built-in 8X DVD burner as well as Dolby-optimized surround sound system with two built-in stereo speakers.
The operation system for this Acer 3D notebook is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The price will start at $779.99.
With the launching of the Windows 7 most Nettop PC manufacturers are now updating their product lines to catch up more potential customers with latest operation systems. And Acer today updates its AspireRevo NetTop line with release of the latest AspireRevo R3610-U9012 model. This new Acer AspireRevo R3610 is an updated model with the latest dual core Intel Atom 330 processor and Windows 7 Home Premium operation system.
Other standard configurations are: 2GB of memory, a 160GB hard drive, a multi-in-1 card reader, HDMI port, eSATA port, NVIDIA ION graphics and WiFi 802.11b/g/n support. The price of this nettop pc is about $329.99.
Acer Europe is releasing a new 11.6-inch tablet netbook branded by Packard Bell. Tablet netbook is really new right now and Acer is taking the advantage of netbook and notebook techniques to lead the industry. This new Acer 11 inch tablet netbook has a 1366 x 768 pixel touch screen. The operation system is Windows 7. This tablet netbook will be officially announced on October 22nd together with Windows 7.
Acer is considering to launch a new Timeline series tablet PC. The new tablet will be named the Aspire Time 1820P. This Time 1820P tablet is a convertible version of the current Timeline 1810T. So the basic configuration would be Core 2 Solo SU3400 1.4GHz processor, Windows 7, 2GB of memory and onboard GMA4500MHD graphics. It has a 11.6-inch touchscreen display.
The Acer Aspire One Android netbook is expected to be launched in a very short time. Rumors about this netbook have been circulating for a while but no exact date has been released. Now it is quite sure that the next most likely date of the release of the Android based Acer Aspire One netbook is some time in November.
The exact price of the Android netbook is not clear yet but probably not cheaper than current Windows based Acer Aspire One netbook.

This Packard Bell dot m/u notebook is using the latest Intel’s CULV processor, up to 4GB RAM, Intel GMA 4500M HD graphics and up to 500GB HDD. The display is a 11.6″ 1366*768 widescreen LCD panel.
